Customer Service Rep III – Posted December 4, 2017. Open until filled.
 
Provide high level customer service to our members and to the Customer Services team, and assist in training new employees. Supply specialized contact in the provision of all services related to the responsibilities of Customer Services.
 
Skills/Qualifications:
 

High school diploma or state equivalency certificate required. Minimum of one (1) year experience in a utility billing office, customer service call center, or other work related field with both telephone and direct customer contact. Knowledge of basic business law and general accounting is required. Must have previous cash handling experience with the ability to count back change. Must have excellent organizational, time management, verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in office automation technology, such as calculator, personal computer (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook) and the ability to handle confidential information. Must have and maintain a valid Georgia driver’s license, as use of company vehicles may be required in this job.

Field Service Specialist – Posted December 4, 2017. Open until filled.

Provides professional service in the overall operation of the electric distribution system, particularly in the areas of locating and inspecting underground electric cable.

Skills/Qualifications:

High school diploma or state equivalency certification required. 1-2 years of utility or locate experience is required. Ability to read, analyze and interpret common technical journals, safety materials, and other work related material. Must have excellent organizational, time management, verbal and written communications skills. Must be able to interact with a variety of personality types in a friendly and professional manner.  Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds.  Must have and maintain a valid Georgia driver’s license, and ability to obtain a commercial driver’s license with a clean driving record, as use of company vehicles is required in this job. Must possess computer skills and be able to operate a computer, calculator, mobile devices, copy machine.
