The Coastal Electric Cooperative Foundation and Coastal Electric Cooperative made a joint donation of $5,000 Thursday to fund the purchase of outdoor playground equipment at the new McAllister Elementary School at Henderson Park in south Bryan County. The check was presented to the McAllister Elementary PTSO by Coastal Electric CEO Whit Hollowell. Coastal Electric Cooperative Foundation funds come from the voluntary contributions of our Members to Operation RoundUp where monthly electric bills are rounded up to the next whole dollar.
